Booking Terms And Conditions

  • Max occupancy 2 people/room
  • No breakfast provided
  • ​Adults Only : Only guests aged 18 and above are permitted to stay at the hotel
  • Check-in from 14:30 pm.         
    Check out by 11.00 am.
  • Early check-in / Late check-out (upon availability)
  • Late Check-Out is 200 THB / hour. Only avaiable until 16.00pm
  • Free private parking is possible on site 
  • WIFI is available in all areas and is free of charge
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the room
  • No pets allowed

Payment Policy

  • Full payment Required : Reservations are confirmed upon full payment including 7% government tax.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • Early Departure : Refunds are not provided for unused nights in the case of early departures.
  • Late Arrival : Refunds are not provided for unused nights in the case of late arrivals.
  • No Show : Refunds are not provided for unused nights in the case of a guest not arriving at the hotel without prior notice.
  • 1 night reservations : Bookings of 1 night only are non-refundable.
  • Partly Refundable
    Cancellations received within 2 days of the arrival date – 100% of reservation charged
    Cancellations received within 5 – 2 days of the arrival date – 50% of reservation charged
    Cancellations received more than 5 days before the arrival date – 1 night of reservation charged
  • Strict Non Refundable
